I've tried all the products to get rid of cat urine and this is the one that works. Forget all the special pet scent products, this is the only one that works 100%. You still have to rip the carpet and carpet. Mix according to directions in a 1-gallon garden sprayer and spray entire subfloor, thoroughly soaking stains. No smell after 24 hours! Honestly. We used it in a carpet shampoo extraction machine after using Zep carpet shampoo and it removed most of the dog urine odor from the carpet. People said they smelled a faint "animal" smell. So we tore up all the carpets, got everything soaked, and now the visitors don't smell anything. When I sprayed the floor, I also climbed a few feet up the walls, curtains, drawers, closets. I even use a few ounces in the prewash to get rid of the pet smell on the comforters or whatever.
