I gave three stars because the shoes are very cute and seem to be very well made. That's not what it is about. My granddaughter wears a size 2 and after reading reviews about them being too big I bought a size 1. They were still so big they literally fell off her feet. I am not returning them as she will eventually grow into them and they are very beautiful but they were for a special occasion and she was unable to wear them. I understand that the seller included a size chart (which I couldn't use because my granddaughter doesn't live with me and the shoes came as a surprise to everyone) but they also need to understand that shoe sizes are standardized and these sizes aren't even close to the standard. Children's heels are not that wide unless they are very heavy, so they should be advertised with a wide heel. So I respectfully suggest that they change the advertised sizes to standard sizes rather than expecting buyers to measure, as buyers may not always do this and most of them don't want to (because shoe sizes should be standardized here too). It would make a lot more sense and they would have a lot happier customers.
