The included heat resistant tape ruined the project
The mug packaging itself worked as described. It fits and clamps tightly and securely. Unfortunately I used the included heat resistant tape to secure the build so it stays in place when clamped. It left residue on both sides that could not be removed despite using multiple solvents. This project was done in a 400 degree oven but the description says the ribbon is heat resistant up to 500 degrees. Valuation updated to reflect that the seller offered a partial valuation to cover the cost of defective project items. The seller also stated
