My wife and I have recently been enjoying our garden bath. I don't really know how we started, but we all are now. So we bought this pillow to make your bath time easier and more comfortable. Here are some things we liked and didn't like. Pros: Firm memory foam. It does not fully compress and runs smoothly when wet or submerged in water. So depending on how you sit, you can slide it lower on your back and it will feel the same as higher on your back. The outer texture does not feel rough on the skin. We didn't notice any soap stains ruining the finish. CONS: Suction cups, although some don't hold them in place, weathering tile or ceramic surfaces. It's a little tight from side to side. It's good for your head, but my shoulders are hanging down at my sides. If it were a little bigger, it would be a little more versatile. In general it is good and sold at a good price. I think we'll keep looking for a wider cushion and hopefully one that stays in place better.
