A couple of drywall screws were called in for the Halloween project. But their tips protrude 1/8 inch from the wood, so I bought this wheel to sand them flush with the wood and eliminate point hazards. Remember that scene in the Twilight Zone episode "Living Doll" where Dad unsuccessfully tries to decapitate a doll with a table saw? It was like this. Completely defeated. Regardless of the speed or pressure on that grinding wheel, it couldn't remove even a small amount of metal. I ended up using a hand file for all the screws.
