I'm not exactly sure how well this thing works. I've never been able to tell much of a difference in air quality, but I thought it would take a while to really tell. So I bought one and used it for a few days. I didn't leave it on all day just turned it on when I was around and one day I knocked to turn it on and nothing. I tried another plug, even another cable, still nothing. I sent a refund and they quickly sent a new one. I've been using it for a few days now, was planning to ship another one to the UPS store tomorrow and wow, seriously? now this doesn't work either. I just do not understand. So if I send that one back as well, I'll just hold out until I can afford a better cleaner.
