Place this card in a 5950x stable system from a month ago. It was recognized by device manager, the drivers were installed, but there was no connection activity. I reinstalled the card, deleted the drivers, used the provided drivers and manufacturer, reset the slot from pci4 to 3, nothing helped. Then came the BIG problem! I tried the map on my server, same problem! After removing the card, none of the systems booted. Cleared CMOS and entered bios. Long story short, after hours of troubleshooting, I found that the card had corrupted the NVME drives in the adjacent slot. Those were OS disks, so I lost all ability to use the machines! I've had to buy new NVMEs, reinstall the OS and all applications, and am still recovering data from RAID arrays. DO NOT buy this card.
