This is my first pickleball bat. I used to play a lot of tennis so it took me a while to get used to the rules (ie stupid "kitchen"!). I also played a lot of table tennis, so this particular game is a good "teen". The paddle is durable; I'm still getting used to its characteristics - when I really hit that sweet spot, this paddle is a killer! I love the extra texture it provides as I can add topspin or backspin to ground hits or be more subtle on net hits. I like the weight and the grip; I particularly liked the extra griptape that comes with the paddle.
