Make sure you remove all packaging materials from your shoes.
These shoes fit great and are very comfortable to wear. I pulled out the paper and didn't notice the box on the top of the boots.

Pros
- Couldn't beat the price. Sperry uses real soles instead of paper thin ones and the new ones work best for me.
Cons
- Light, marginal archwire support. The laces cannot be pulled out completely as they need to be replaced (sewn on upper back).
