Poor reliability with remote controls

I gave it 2 stars because it works about 40% of the time. You get it working again, and it will work fine for an hour to a couple of days, and then you decide not to work anymore. It's a pain in the butt to get it working again. Heaven help you if you accidentally pull on one of the chains. After that it's no longer possible. You have to start over to try to program it and it won't reprogram for the first few tries. I take out my phone and get back to tightening my chains. Much less effort.
