Probably best for small dogs; my big one quickly tore the noose.

This leash would probably work for small dogs, but my 90 pound 10 month old broke it after a week. I wanted a waterproof leash and found it to fit. The rubber tubing seems solid, but the black plastic that connects the ends into a loop didn't hold up, and the loop broke while walking, so I had to wrap it around my arm to get home. The rubber is also grippy so doesn't slip much but pulls on the skin. If my dog had been less obedient, he might have run away between the break and the re-leash.
