I'm in a rock band & picked a pair of these up right before our month long European tour. I was looking for something lightweight with lots of pockets. These were a godsend. I put them through hell & back & they performed perfectly. All the various pockets came in so handy in carrying my essentials without anything ever falling out. On hot days, I would simply hike them up and on colder days & would wear them full length. They were so comfortable on long flights, train & bus rides. Can't praise these enough. Buying a 3rd pair.
