Dimensions on photo do not match product

I ordered them based on the measurements in the product photo. What I have is much smaller. For example, the size shown in the picture as "2.2 inches" was measured with a tape measure at 1.25 inches (give or take 1/16). This is a significant difference and affects the usability of my project.

Pros

PRO MATERIAL - A wear resistant material made from 4001 stainless steel and PVC plastic. The rack is worn for harsh environmental conditions - sub-zero temperatures, extreme heat, humidity, wind and rain.
