Review on πŸšͺ Magnetic Door Stopper: Enhancing Practicality and Convenience by Rubeen Black

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great for unbalanced doors

None of my doors in my house were hinged properly. Therefore, they all tend not to stay open or closed, but rather to hang down towards the middle. For exterior doors, this wasn't a problem, but for my interior doors, my house felt closed. I needed an easy way to keep doors wide open. Installation is no more difficult than any other solid doorstop I've installed, except of course for aligning the two pieces. With a good pencil and some logic, getting a perfect match is pretty easy. The magnet is pretty strong. I have this on my bedroom door and it is too big for this bright interior door. With a slight jerk, the door moves away from the stop. This gave me a little more clearance than my fixed doorstop I had previously installed, meaning my handle stays a safe distance from the drywall. This is enough for an exterior door even with a fairly strong metal core. It is perfect for its use.
