Fits perfectly and our alternator, which wouldn't start at all, started right away. It's a bit difficult to install. The trick is to glue the gaskets to the carburetor or air intake using caulk or a dab of superglue and a second pair of hands to hold the air cleaner component/mechanism and squeeze to make room when the carburetor is inserted. You will need a 10mm socket and an extension to remove the bolts and then reinstall them into the carburetor/intake. Not very difficult if you have mechanical skills. I saved hundreds of dollars by not buying a factory carburetor or paying for the labor. Do that.
