Easy to care for, durable, top quality! I've had pizza pans in the past that rusted and didn't hold the heat the way I wanted it to. I'm a gluten-free food blogger who has been craving some seriously delicious pizza since I was diagnosed with Celiac disease years ago. Although I've made some great GF pizzas over the years, I've never had the same results as I did with this pizza steel. The pizza is so good, so much like a wood fired pizza oven, that my gluten free family compared it to their favorite New York style pizza! I will recommend this pizza steel to all my readers!
