I would like to emphasize that my problem is with the printer NOT the seller. Comgrow had great support and I probably would have kept the printer if I hadn't had my experience with Creality. This rating does not reflect the printer itself (although mine was defective) but rather the expectation of support you can expect from the manufacturer. My problem started when trying to get email support as I couldn't find a support phone number. everywhere, everywhere, everywhere. I emailed Creality through their website and a day later they responded with another email which took an extra day to respond to me saying they had sent it to Comgrow. 1 day later (3 days so far) Comgrow did everything they could to keep the sale going and provide great support. Unfortunately, I received their email after receiving an email from Creality regarding my attempt to purchase two accessories that Cromgrow did not sell but which I purchased directly from Creality. Their response was: 1) They will charge me for the shipping cost of returns since the products I bought (bed leveler and laser engraver) were non-defective. 2) They didn't tell me how much they would charge me for shipping. 3) They told me they have a lot of orders in their warehouse so they couldn't tell me when I would get my money back. 4) They found a useful solution by offering the devices for sale locally (i.e. their email with a happy face :) I'm probably a bit picky, but it wasn't the customer experience I'd expect from a manufacturer had expected. From a printer review I can not provide it. I couldn't get any printouts due to the problems I was having. I was able to resolve one of these (which was production related) and two other issues were related to quality (one of which was related to the control panel). if it weren't for the interaction with creativity. I want to reiterate that Comgrow has been outstanding at this and this review is based on my experience with Creality customer service. People who love to craft, but I'm a "round the corner" type of person. It's safe to say that the irreparable problems I've encountered are rare.
