Not dustproof at all

The only thing I need it for is dustproofing. It's useless for. After only 1 day of construction work next to my car I removed the cover and the dust filtered through the fabric and my car was now covered in tiny sifted dust particles. I believe this coating will do something different. But I'm not even sure what it is. Does not protect against UV, does not protect against water, does not protect against dust and does not protect against dust. So.
