Very strong first impression!
I'm impressed. Well built - the right size for me. The first few uses - frying vegetables in a pan at 425-450ยฐ was perfect. Nothing stuck and was clean napkin! I won't sprinkle or oil them โ I toss the veggies in high-heat peanut butter or avocado oil first, then add them to the pan. Time will prove HOPE the non-stick coating will hold up!
