Smart Mi is very kind and sent me a replacement as the first one arrived damaged (problem: it makes a lot of noise even in quiet mode). The replacement works great and is pretty quiet. You can still hear a very faint noise if you are too close to the air purifier. But this time I don't mind. However, I'm having a problem connecting the device to the mobile app on my phone.————————————— First: noise when it makes that annoying noise even when it's in sleep mode and in auto mode is mode. It's loud but not too loud. But the noise bothers me. I don't know if that's how it should be. I have another brand of air purifier and it doesn't make any noise in sleep or sleep mode.
