The first trip (albeit multi-leg) resulted in a broken zipper and small holes in the bag already. I have the broken zipper (see image) only because my lock held it on after it sheered off. Luckily nothing was lost out of my bag but having your suitcase half unzipped as it goes to baggage claim isn't ideal.The bag is good and collapses as designed which is very helpful, but it just did not stand up to being handled at an airport. If you are using it for car travel, it is probably OK, but wouldn't recommend it for someone checking a bag with an airline.
