The best part is that it has an outstanding support team to help you with any queries or doubts regarding its implementation, as well as training can be easily organised by them when needed. No dislike about this software yet but if we think so then maybe more customization options would have been better like customizing columns in reports etc., which could make our work easier sometimes! Very useful tool for tracking of projects from start right up till completion point using one single platform instead of multiple softwares/tools used otherwise!!
