Security flaws QNAP
for 3 years now. Due to software vulnerabilities, my system was compromised and I had to pay ransomware over $500 to get my files back. There was no heads up or customer service for this issue. Disappointingly, I found that the company had known about the vulnerability for more than 4 months but had not fixed it or notified me in that time so I could take extra precautions.
