Very sturdy. This product impressed my daughters orthopedist, she said it was similar to $400 custom inserts. You may have to size up in your child’s shoe because they do take up a bit of space.
- My daughter feel comfortable to walk in it. Like the choice I made
- The insole may not provide enough support for children who have severe flat feet or arch issues
