This is a great pull up bar. I really like how easily I can take it on and off my door with no trouble, and I have no doubts about its sturdiness.The only complaint I have is that assembly was a bit frustrating. I almost broke this thing trying to put some screws in the wrong direction. Still can't figure out whether it was just my mistake or if the illustration in the manual is inaccurate. Also, for the safety hook thing that you stick behind the molding on the door frame, it is rather wide. I guess they erred on the side of caution making it so wide so as to fit more frames, but I can't help but think it being so loose is counterproductive for its purpose.But those are really minor complaints considering how great of a design it is, the cushioning is in all the right spots so it doesn't even leave a mark on your door/wall/molding, and it's really comfortable.
