I like that it's so easy to navigate, as well as customize your own products/services in order of importance! The customer support team is very knowledgeable about their software which makes things go smoothly when there are questions or issues with using our product.
It would be nice if they offered more training opportunities outside just scheduled webinars since some customers need additional assistance getting up & running quickly without overwhelming them by providing too much information all at once during one session. We have been able to streamline many processes within my organization through this platform including but not limited to inventory management, purchasing orders, shipping procedures etc.
