Sensitive motion detection not as bright as advertised

I wanted a garage light with motion detection and it fitted just right. That is not 15,000 lm, but 6,000 lm. Motion detection is very sensitive, which is what I wanted. If the light were brighter than the advertised 15,000 lumens, I'd be happy. Unfortunately not as bright as hoped
