I took them as an experiment for a non-standard capacity wicker waste basket.

If there was a garbage bag that held about 6 gallons or so it would be perfect for the wicker basket I use for the garbage, but unfortunately small garbage can bags seem to have a maximum volume of about 4 gallons. , and it doesn't work for this basket (14 inches wide, about 12 inches high). Those 4 gallon bags are too narrow and the dirt gets on both sides of the rim of the bag and it's driving me a little crazy. So I received these 8 gallon bags and wondered if they were too big or if they were actually ok. as they are safely pulled over the rim. I think this will work well and allow me to stack water bottles etc while still being able to close the bag and without having to constantly empty the basket. These pouches have a pleasant smell and a very smooth texture. Unlike many other bin liners, they separate easily so you can find the open end and tape it to the rim of the basket. The roll count is 20 and they actually look somewhat reusable unless you have liquids or smelly items. Garbage can. Also, since they're also specifically designed for compost emptying and portable toilets, they'll of course be recycled to the regular trash if at all, but I'm fine with that. The manufacturer describes them as biodegradable, but you can check out the park and wildlife. Regulations before using them for waste disposal in remote areas, so as not to damage the water supply.
