I really like this oven. I cook about 10 times a week so I need a workhorse cooker. This worked great. The rear burner is great for quick boil-ups or maintaining higher temperatures when frying or braising. The front end is a great compliment and offers good cooking control. I also like the look and how easy it is to clean. This is perfect for our kitchen. I should mention that we had issues with the oven when we first got it. In fact, one of the burners was a little harder to light than the other. However, Empava's customer support was easy to reach and very helpful. They worked hard to solve the problem and finally fixed the problem for us.
