So this bag is bigger than expected, so if you need a big bag this is it. It's a little heavy, so it's difficult to lift even if there aren't many things in it. Maybe I just have weak hands. That's not bad, I suppose heavier means the material is strong. I'm ready to increase my rating to 5 stars in a few weeks if I go on a trip with this bag and see how it goes. But so far I'm happy with my purchase. I am a medical student and it contains my large Step 1 binder, a few other books, my large lunch bag which usually contains 2 meals a day and snacks, my blanket, white coat and stethoscope. It can also hold a lot more. I also like the adjustable shoulder straps for light days so I don't look like a camel with a huge hump. I am satisfied with the color and all the pockets. So all in all I would buy it again.
