This is a great bag, amazing workmanship, Anushka is beautiful. Whoever has ever put this up for sale states that it has or will have a 22-inch adjustable strap or an adjustable strap. According to Anushka, it's not included. a pair of handles over the shoulder. I don't usually carry my handbag like this, will have to see if it's possible. So the list is misleading regarding the strap. I have a protective spray that I have to apply today. I got a call from Anushka confirming the listing regarding the adjustable strap was wrong, I also spoke to Revane they apparently thought it was. I gave 5 stars because the company shouldn't be penalized for a listing error but I'm a bit disappointed that the adjustable strap is not included as described as that was a buying factor. But I like the bag so much that I might keep it for myself. I see the listing still says it's regulated, but it's not.
