I like the armchair, but the wheels don't pull and turn. I'm not a heavy person, I'm only 160 pounds. But for some reason the wheels don't spin all the time, they just pull. This may be because I have a wooden floor, but then higher quality wheels are needed. Maybe rubber wheels, since we're assuming plastic. Yes. It makes sense why he's dragging and not rolling. Oh, and my floors are always clean, so that's not the case.
