strong and holds charge well-- interchangeable heads are hard plastic
i was hoping the interchangeable heads would be made of rubber, but the ball head is made of hard foam and the other heads are made of solid hard plastic. the round foam head seems difficult to clean if it ever gets dirty. the machine itself is very adjustable in speed and strong in power.
