Review on πŸ‘Ÿ Under Armour Men's Locker Black Athletic Shoes by Jon Higdem

Find the right size, it might help

So first of all, I'm impressed. I bought them for the gym from the locker room to the shower or the pool. They are 1 piece that looks like it will serve its intended purpose for a long time. People who write bad shower slipper reviews because they didn't enjoy the walk or jog in the park may want to switch their medications. These are shower/pool shoes. So it's not intended for neighborhood walks or local triathlon. I didn't wear it with a sock. What I always do wrong when choosing shower shoes is I buy the wrong size and live with my mistake until they wear out. I did it right and this is how it worked for me. My foot is about 10.5 inches and the men's size 9 is 11.5 inches. So I wear them perfectly without the extra inch I get by ordering them like shoes. There is a slight bulge just in front of the balls of the feet to keep them in place on me. Insole and arch support are ok. I found them comfortable from the start. They cushion well and I love how the water drains right after I shower. Well, the reviews mentioning that these holes allow water in are correct IF you are running/walking in deep water in this triathlon. At my gym, and I think every gym I've been to, the locker rooms don't typically have standing water more than an inch deep. So almost all the regular shoes I wear are men's size 10.5. These 9 sizes fit perfectly and if they were half sizes I might be tempted to go for the 9.5. but my wife says they fit like a glove and they fit. I've been walking around the pool trying to find something negative but to be honest I just love them. I just ordered a second pair because we go to two gyms/pools and I have a bag for each so I don't have to mix my shower shoes. I actually think Under Armor makes good products so if you get the right size it will be a good product. Can't speak to durability or what happens if you leave them in the hot sun. Update: At Lifetime Fitness, where tile floors are always slippery when wet, these shoes hold up really well!
