This Review is from Reusable Curved Glass Straws Set of 6 with 2 Cleaning Brushes Unbreakable BPA Free Non Toxic Eco Friendly 200mm x 10mm (8" x 10mm Curved Clear) Revain .com Services LLC to me in 2018 for $10.00 Although they are glass and therefore subject to shattering, mine have never been broken I have dropped one of these about 3 feet across a hardwood floor and it has not shattered - they resist breaking and when they do break they resist breaking.They have served me for about 2 years and I am very happy with them.They may be too long or too short for some people so a potential buyer may want to pre-order measure up before buying. Instead of putting them in the dishwasher, they're easy to clean with detergent after soaking in hot soapy water. The main catch is that they're actually glass, so you have to be careful. They don't "break" and I don't put them in the dishwasher. I guess you need to redeem it regularly when giving it to kids, and I'll let you judge if glass in a child's mouth seems like an unnecessary hazard, as opposed to life without a straw. Overall a worthwhile purchase as they are comfortable and have replaced a lot of plastic over the years. In my experience, a dozen of these straws will probably last you 10 years with daily use.
