This case is awesome. I got a MBP for my birthday and got this case to protect it and give it a splash of colour. Shipping was decent, about a week and a half. When I first took the case out of the envelope, I was very surprised about the packaging. It was double-wrapped, with a separator in between the two pieces, and then the lid was wrapped in plastic again. Very good. Now, at first when I tried putting the bottom piece, like the reviews on YouTube did, it didn't seem to fit; one side was completely down, but the other didn't seem to click all the way like people described. I had latched the back and pressed the front down, but the mistake I made was putting the case on with the MBP upside down instead of sitting my computer into it. What I found out later, is you have to put the case down, then tilt you computer back, latch the back, then press the macbook down into the front. The lid is very simple; it makes some clicks and it is in place. The quality is quite good, I can put all my plugs in without any trouble, so I'm happy. Though it doesn't "protect" the back of the laptop because it doesn't cover the back corners, I don't really care. If you look at the higher end Speck cases, they don't reach all the way up the back even, because if they did they would restrict the screen from having full mobility. (Personally I think that looks weird) I think that as long as you aren't tipping your laptop backwards on it's back end (why would you?) then the back is fine! Great case, better quality than the GMYLE ones, and very happy overall.
