Owned my couch for 4 years now, my biggest complaint over the time was the two sections drifting apart. Between every day sitting down and the dog jumping up, we were constantly fixing the couch. We bought a three piece u-sectional from Conn’s and the delivery specialist left a lot to be desired in their install of the locking pieces. They totally installed them out of alignment. The original locking mechanisms didn’t actually lock, the pieces slid all over our hardwood floors and there were large gaps between the pieces no matter how hard we tried to align them.My boyfriend had no issues installing these ones. My sectional sofa originally had only one connecting hardware piece and it was always a little loose. After installing two of these brackets, I finally have a well connect sofa! Installation was easy. I measured the distance on each piece and pre-drilled the hole for the included screws. The bracket on piece A should be slightly higher (approximately 1/8") than piece B.

The ones that came work just fine but one section of my sectional is only have connected because instead of 4 pairs I got 7 pieces. One piece was missing.

Works great! You just have to make sure you measure very accurately, and pre drill before putting in the screws. Works perfect!!!!

Finally my sectional stays together! So mad at Bernie and Phyl’s for sale in such a crappy couch and they would not fix it because then the warranty would work! love this because my sectional did not have one and they were always out of alignment this held it together and its a heavy steel not heavy metal it was better than I expected great product just be sure to measure well to connect them

My sectional couch didn’t have these clips. They were easy to instal and keep the sections held together nicely. That's my feedback.

Pain is the butt to install because my couch has slight cushioning on the sides. I tried to find some nylon spacers to place behind the brackets but Home Depot was out of the proper size. I ended up having to stack three 1/4” washers behind each corner screw and screwed the middle hole in on each bracket without a washer to act as a sort of lock washer to prevent the screws from loosening as I had drilled each bracket in multiple times to get the proper thickness of washers. These were an EXACT match for a sectional sofa we bought that was missing brackets on one side. We didn't want to return the sofa, so we bought these and my husband had no trouble installing. Great price and worked perfectly!

Worked great. Holds the sectional together and easy to install. Screws are cheap so use your own or be careful not to strip!

We had just bought a couch online (don’t recommend doing that) my two year old kept moving the couch and broke what held the sectional together… this literally saved us a grand from not having to buy another couch.

Screws looked nice and quality. But heads stripped really easily. Luckily I had back up screws that were smaller but stronger.

Our sectional sofa did not come with these attachment devices. It depended on rubber grippers on the ffet, which didn't work well on our laminate floors. These brackets were easily installed by hubby and now our sofa no longer slides apart while lying in it! Huge fan! These brackets work great!
