Part was a direct replacement for the one that broke. I was able to interchange the cable from the old lever to the new one. Hopefully it will last longer than the factory lever.

Found this item on a youtube solution for my busted reclining sofa. Removal of the old broken ones cable and mechanism was easy as was the installation of this one.The only issue was that this item was smaller in width then the original one. (See pictures) It still mounted up as intended and continues to work flawlessly. Don't hesistate to order.

This was the perfect fit for my chair. I don't know the manufacturer of my chair, but the description and the pictures posted on Best Buy allowed me to easily find the right part. It was easy to install and higher quality than the original pull handle.

The product was delivered as described & in a timely manner. It was easy to install, just took about 10-15 minutes. May not be able to withstand the same amount of wear and tear as original parts.

This was a great replacement for my couch handle which had broken. It was an easy replacement and fit perfectly. It took about 5 min to do the replacement. At this time, I highly recommend this replacement handle. I don't know how long it will last so I may revise this if it does not hold up.

This product was thankfully the right product for my dad's double recliner. The retail furniture store "quit carrying" the brand of chair, and even the OEM furniture mfr. couldn't get parts. So, I went on the internet and VISUALLY saw (via YouTube) the product I hoped would work. In did indeed. I just wish more products sold in this country would come with better instructions, or in some cases ANY instructions.

It took five minutes to install previously I went through three of these three professional that charge me $65 per install this was a 10th of the price and five minutes to install.

There were no institutions and I had to search for a while to find a video that looked like our chair. I still wasn’t able to figure out where to put it, and by accident figured it out after an hour. Definitely not as simple as people made it sound. I can’t speak to the durability yet, but it is working as expected.

I purchased this after my Ashley manual recliner cable snapped. I thought it will be handy job but, after watching instruction/tutorial, I was able to replace it quickly and its been more than month now and I am good.this is a perfect fit and never looked like a third party product.you need a plier to remove the old cable from its spot.

A few years ago I ordered one from the furniture store where I bought the love seat… cost $80 This one about $20 with tax and shipping. Great deal! Very satisfied!

Have a theater sectional and one of the recliner pulls broke. Took of the bad one and measured it and order this replacement pull. Was easy to replace and recliner works as good as new. I think most pulls are universal with some length differences, so take the bad one off and measure and look for one that is close to yours. Does not have to be exact.

This replacement release lever works perfectly with our Cat Napper couch. After watching a YouTube video, it was easy to figure out how to replace the part. Works just like new

The description was somewhat misleading. It does not install to our recliner, and there were no instructions with it. The date of return was not within reason for us, either. We are very disappointed, overall.

These handles are even better than the original ones! The only problem initially was that I didn’t know I needed an uncommon tool to take the 6 sided screws out to replace the handles.
