Edit 2020 Jun 16: I deducted another star due to the seller not responding. In short these shelves look so cool but I wish I could choose 2 shelves or the 24 inch version. However, it is worth the money. Some points to consider, a 3 shelf setup is too heavy and too big. We didn't pay much attention to it when we bought it, so we ended up only installing 2 shelves. As mentioned in other comments only one side of the wood is finished so we flipped the top shelves to see the beautiful underside. Like the others mentioned, this product is not designed for easy installation. How do you construct a wall mount product as a complete assembly instead of installing wall panels first and then bolting the rest of the assembly together? There's a good chance you'll misplace the holes if your wall isn't perfectly straight or you can't hold the shelves down while someone else marks the centers of the holes. In my opinion there should be an extra piece that you can use to assemble the pipes after only attaching 4 pieces at first. round wall panels. Then you wouldn't have to carry the whole shelf around while your wife tries to screw in the screws. :) Screws and dowels in crab wrap! Use a good quality drywall anchor for the drywall holes. Another design flaw is that the hole centers must be 32" instead of 33". In this case, you will have the maximum opportunity to pick up the studs. I was able to get to the studs on at least one end and use drywall anchor studs on the other end. Other than that it really is that durable and beautiful and I am very impressed with the quality of the wood and the pipes. I was expecting cheap plastic pipes made of wood and steel! Great job on material selection. I contacted the manufacturer to request some additional details so I can use my extra 2 shelves that I removed from my 2 sets. But no response yet, hence deducting another star for poor customer service.
