Picked up my 2020 Tesla Model 3 a few weeks ago. It has black center console doors. I didn't mind the look, but it smudged a lot and I was afraid of scratching it. It also doesn't match anything else in the car other than the window/door switches. I saw this and decided to take it. It's a hard plastic coated with ABS/soft silicone. Installation was easy enough: peel off the adhesive and place it on the appropriate part of the console. You have to be a bit careful with the installation - the adhesive is pretty strong so if you put it the wrong way round you'll have to take it off and put it back on. I had to do this with the door covering the wireless charger. In general, I definitely recommend it. With aesthetics, the car looks much better
