This item is very good in its functions. More intuitive screens and a better interface design would be better. Whatever it is, it takes longer than some other interfaces and some things are hard to find and some aren't where you'd expect them to be, some are buried deep in tabs and under tabs, and it's all time consuming. Click around to get what you want to find. Regardless, the value is great - a great price to pay for great capabilities. It's a time tradeoff for features. It might even reduce its value. I bet if the UI was great too, the price could be higher and many buyers, some in bulk, would pay extra. what do you say netgear
