Review on Impedance Amplifier Compatible Peltor Headsets by John Swain

I used this to switch from my ComTac V headset to Peltor PTT to BTech MURS V1 radio. The connector didn't fit well on the PTT, the base was too wide and the connector kept slipping out. Even with a solid connection, with my hand on it, I couldn't hear anything in receive mode, and in transmit mode I only heard a hint of hissing at the other end. I switched to the correct boosted PTT (Disco32) and got clear Tx/Rx on both ends, so I know there was no problem on either the radio or the headset.
