Waiting to replace my 10 year old hard plastic Ikea cutting board. However, I cannot use these sheets for slicing as they are too thin and will curl up if not stored horizontally. However, this delicacy has some advantages - they are easy to store and wash well. A textured backing works well for sticking to a countertop, but this only works if they're perfectly flat. The cutting grip is also good. Generally they are best for cold food (no cutting steak/chicken etc) and are easy to clean and store.
