A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!
I have a lot of experience in cooking (albeit a very long time ago), I heard about Tojiro knives back then, so I had a chance to buy one of his representatives. When you take a knife in your hand, you immediately feel that you have a really serious knife in front of you, I wonโt say that the blade is short, I think in moderation, the handle is smooth, without gaps, the blade is like a glove. I don't think it will last a year.
