I have used this product before and had the same problems. But I waited until the last moment and needed the right size and super fast delivery. The problem with bags is that sometimes they don't hold a vacuum. I sucked the air out of the bags with a central vacuum and it turned out amazing little compacted blocks. I put a few of these down to load in my car and shipped them from New York to Florida. The next day a bag (large) lost the vacuum. The solution sucked the air out again, but now, with the help of another person holding the bag, I taped the closure and wrapped it, folded it up. Over the Top Seal This method has worked in the past and as long as the bag doesn't have a hole I would expect it to hold a vacuum now.
