We have a 4 lb Yorkie puppy, 4 months old. First we tried the "sonic" repeller and immediately noticed that the puppy was not disturbed at all. So we picked the pup up and found we couldn't hear anything. The "sound" is so faint that we literally had to bring it to our ear to hear it. The audio deterrent does not have a volume control, so is not a deterrent. Second, we tried the "Vibration" repellent and found that the pup noticed something on the third level. However, we found that after just 5 days when we increased the 'Vibration Level' to get the puppy's attention, the pup was able to completely ignore even the highest 'Vibration' setting on the device. So we found this expensive device to be completely inefficient. Either we have the smartest 4 month old pup in the world or this device is a waste of money. I wish we could get a refund.
