Hands Down Dress/Arms Up Tunic
It might just be a dress but you can't put your hands up or it will all be revealed. I'm 5ft 5" and 130lbs so it doesn't get too tall because I'm tall. It's not taupe either, but a light lilac. See photo, I ordered light brown/grey brown. My suggestion is to wear leggings underneath in case you're hugging a tall person, cheering on a game, or stretching.
