The best thing is that you can work with your team remotely without leaving home or office, this has been very helpful for me when I was in COVID-19 pandemic lockdown at my place of employment (it's located near NYC). It helps to communicate effectively across all departments within our organization. Sometimes it doesn't refresh as fast which slows down productivity especially if there are multiple people using the system simultaneously. For instance we have used Codeproof during an incident so many different teams were working together seamlessly but sometimes even after refreshing page would take time before showing up online again. We use Codecommunication Toolkit application through codephoria where employees could access their email/IMs while they're out doing fieldwork allowing them still be productive from remote locations.
