It's worth it. The 4.3 feels noticeably better in the bottom and midrange.
Overall a good product. Everything was easy to install. Next to the air temperature sensor located in the rubber bushing. I would install it right after you install the plastic hat. Don't press too hard on the plastic, you can separate it from the aluminum base. Spray WD40 or something else to push the sensor through. The filter is good, pre-lubricated. how much performance increases? But it feels better at low/mid RPM. I say that this income is worth the money.
