Review on 🔧 Universal Hitch Skid - Body Armor 5136, Black by Paul Stocks

Body Armor/Footplate looks great on my 2020 Toyota Tacoma Off-Road V6 AT LB and looks pretty solid, thick metal. Some of the other reviewers have mentioned that they had trouble installing this skid plate on their hitch and while I had no trouble installing the first two holes on my hitch, I did have a few other installation issues such as: 1) I was unable to get the hitch pin on mine Hitch lock doesn't work with the skid plate/tier of body armor because the bottom plate is so close to the hitch that I used some rubber o-rings instead. 2) I couldn't use the hitch tightener which makes the skid plate not wobble when you step on it or while driving for the same reason (the underside of the skid plate is too close to the hitch leaving no room). for the tensioner coupling device). Overall I would say this is a very strong skid plate/step that will definitely protect the underbody/rear of your car, but it may need some minor upgrades to improve it, so I didn't give it a perfect rating.
